Three ways to work with us on an ongoing basis, plus fixed-scope projects. Indicative monthly ranges; your exact figure is confirmed in a written quote after a short scoping conversation.
Pricing is indicative. Prices shown are estimates in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, and are a guide only. Your actual price depends on your environment, including the number of users, devices and sites, the services included and your response requirements, and is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. Indicative pricing is not an offer to supply.
Fixed scope, fixed quote, no ongoing commitment. These are the projects we are asked for most.
Cloud migration
Assessment, planning, phased migration to AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, and post-migration optimisation. We assess application readiness before quoting, so the number holds.
Network redesign
Addressing and VLAN design, routing, real redundancy with BGP where it is warranted, and documentation you can hand to anyone.
Kubernetes build or rescue
A production-grade cluster built properly, or an inherited one reviewed, secured and brought back onto a supported version.
Monitoring rebuild
Replace noisy alerting with a small set of alerts people trust. Usually a couple of weeks, using the tooling you already have.
Security uplift
Essential Eight assessment, MFA rollout, privilege reduction, and the evidence trail an insurer or tender will actually accept.
Custom software
Purpose-built applications and integrations in Go, Python, PHP or TypeScript. You own the source and the deployment tooling.

Not sure which one fits?
Tell us how many people you have, what runs your business, and what currently frustrates you. We will tell you which plan makes sense, including if the answer is none of them.
Essentials is A$100–200 per month plus GST, covering site service and monitoring. Business is A$800–2,200 per month plus GST, the base for a typical 20-user site. Engineering is scoped after a meeting and assessment, because it includes architecture ownership and allocated engineering hours. Where you sit in a range depends on the number of users and servers, how much of the environment we manage, and the response targets you need. Every plan is a fixed monthly fee with no per-ticket charges. These are indicative ranges; your price is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
Which plan is right for us?
Essentials suits small teams with straightforward infrastructure that mainly need reliable help when something breaks. Business is the most common choice, adding proactive work such as patching, backup verification and a security baseline, so fewer things break. Engineering is for organisations where infrastructure is core to the business and needs architectural ownership, not just maintenance.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Most clients start on Essentials or Business and move up as their environment grows. Moving between plans does not require a new agreement term.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Managed plans run on a rolling agreement with a notice period rather than a long lock-in. We would rather keep clients because the service is good than because the contract makes leaving painful.
Do you charge extra for after-hours work?
Monitoring and alerting run 24/7 on all plans. After-hours human response is included in Business and Engineering within the agreed scope; on Essentials it is available and billed at an agreed rate. Everything is set out before you sign, not discovered on an invoice.
Can we engage NGN for a one-off project without a plan?
Yes. Project engagements such as a migration, a network redesign or a monitoring rebuild are quoted as fixed scope with no requirement to take an ongoing plan afterwards.
