Our team and hosting infrastructure are Australian based.
We are based in Sydney, NSW and work with organisations across Australia, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. Most work is delivered remotely, with on-site attendance where a job needs hands on equipment.
Mostly organisations from around 20 staff up to enterprise, plus smaller businesses running unusually demanding infrastructure. The common thread is complexity rather than headcount, and clients come to us when the technology matters enough that getting it wrong is expensive.
Both arrangements are common. We act as the whole IT function for some clients, and as escalation depth in networking, cloud and infrastructure for others who have internal staff handling daily operations.
