Three ways to work with us on an ongoing basis, plus fixed-scope projects. Everything is quoted after a scoping conversation, so you get a real number rather than a list price that does not fit.
Small teams with straightforward infrastructure who need dependable help when something breaks.
Growing organisations that would rather prevent problems than react to them. Our most common plan.
Organisations where infrastructure is core to the business and needs architectural ownership.

Fixed scope, fixed quote, no ongoing commitment. These are the projects we are asked for most.
Assessment, planning, phased migration to AWS or Azure, and post-migration optimisation. We assess application readiness before quoting, so the number holds.
Addressing and VLAN design, routing, real redundancy with BGP where it is warranted, and documentation you can hand to anyone.
A production-grade cluster built properly, or an inherited one reviewed, secured and brought back onto a supported version.
Replace noisy alerting with a small set of alerts people trust. Usually a couple of weeks, using the tooling you already have.
Essential Eight assessment, MFA rollout, privilege reduction, and the evidence trail an insurer or tender will actually accept.
Purpose-built applications and integrations in Go, Python, PHP or TypeScript. You own the source and the deployment tooling.
Tell us how many people you have, what runs your business, and what currently frustrates you. We will tell you which plan makes sense, including if the answer is none of them.
Plans are quoted per engagement rather than published as a price list. Cost depends on the number of users and servers, how much of the environment we manage, and the response targets you need. We scope it in one conversation and give you a fixed monthly figure, and there are no per-ticket charges.
Essentials suits small teams with straightforward infrastructure that mainly need reliable help when something breaks. Business is the most common choice, adding proactive work such as patching, backup verification and a security baseline, so fewer things break. Engineering is for organisations where infrastructure is core to the business and needs architectural ownership, not just maintenance.
Yes. Most clients start on Essentials or Business and move up as their environment grows. Moving between plans does not require a new agreement term.
Managed plans run on a rolling agreement with a notice period rather than a long lock-in. We would rather keep clients because the service is good than because the contract makes leaving painful.
Monitoring and alerting run 24/7 on all plans. After-hours human response is included in Business and Engineering within the agreed scope; on Essentials it is available and billed at an agreed rate. Everything is set out before you sign, not discovered on an invoice.
Yes. Project engagements such as a migration, a network redesign or a monitoring rebuild are quoted as fixed scope with no requirement to take an ongoing plan afterwards.
A short conversation is usually enough for us to give you a real monthly figure.
